iTrini.Store is an international online marketplace for digital downloads such as eBooks, PDFs, Templates and more. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
You can contact our customer service team via email at support@itrini.store or on our Support Contact Page. Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM – Atlantic Time Zone (UTC−04:00).
Account Management
Click on the Account icon at the top right corner of our website. Fill in your details, and you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
You sure can. A username will be automatically assigned to you utilizing your first and last name provided.
Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. Enter your registered username or email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.
Ordering and Payment
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.
iTrini Store specialises in digital downloads, therefore we don’t ship our items. They are available to download when ordered.
Promotions and Discounts
During checkout, you will see a field labeled ‘Coupon Code.’ Enter your code there and click ‘Apply’ to see the discounted price.
Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to receive updates on promotions, new products, and exclusive offers.
Downloads
Digital Products are available to download immediately after purchase is complete.
Digital Products are available to download from the order completed email sent to you and also in the “Downloads” section of your Account on iTrini.Store. You’ll have to log in to access it.
Unfortunately you can’t access your digital product if you’re NOT logged in.
You may download your Digital Product(s) as many times as you like after purchase.
Digital Products are available to download indefinitely.
Products
Due to the nature of our products which are all digital we don’t offer warranties.
Use the search feature at the top of our website to find specific products. You can also browse by category or use filters to narrow down your search results
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final on completed orders unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of products which are digital, we currently don’t offer refunds on purchases.
